draff.tvThis piece presents Chile’s main climate action instruments: the Framework Law on Climate Change, the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), and the Long-Term Climate Strategy. Through a clear visual narrative, it explains how these instruments guide the country’s path toward carbon neutrality by 2050.
We developed the film using animated digital collage. The visual approach combines photography, graphic cutouts, typography, and other elements that are assembled and transformed within each frame.
Rather than functioning as conventional scenes, the images become fragments that overlap, connect, and reorganize as the story unfolds. Typography also plays a structural role, introducing key concepts, establishing hierarchy, and becoming part of the visual movement.
The animation is deliberate and controlled, using layered compositions, movement, and clean transitions to organize complex information without overwhelming the viewer.
The result is a piece in which visual editing, animation, and graphic design carry the content, combining institutional communication with a contemporary visual treatment.
