In collaboration with Land Agency, we created an animated video for the Municipality of Santo Domingo, Chile, as part of an awareness campaign on event safety, fire prevention, earthquake response, and other essential topics. The goal was to deliver key information to the community in a clear and visually engaging way.

The municipality already had Emerson, its institutional character. After analysing his personality and the campaign’s tone, we decided to animate him in 3D, while maintaining a 2D animation style. This approach allowed for greater freedom of movement, making his actions more dynamic and natural while preserving the original artistic identity.

At Draff, we focused on creativity, illustrations, and animation, developing an artistic style that balanced quality and efficiency. Every detail was carefully designed to create an engaging visual experience that captured the audience’s attention and enhanced message retention.

Storytelling and user experience were central to our process. The objective was not just to deliver information but to do so in a compelling and memorable way. By combining detailed illustrations, smooth animations, and a well-paced narrative, we produced a video that successfully informed and connected with viewers.

Finally, the outcome was an impactful and educational visual piece that strengthened the Municipality of Santo Domingo’s communication efforts and provided the community with a clear and practical tool for handling risk situations.
