For Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, we developed an educational video explaining the university’s academic standing review process. The piece outlines when a review takes place, who is involved, and the steps students need to follow to submit an appeal.

The challenge was to organize information covering academic requirements, supporting documents, and available guidance. The visual approach uses characters, folders, icons, and interfaces to accompany the explanation and illustrate each stage.

A folder brings together the circumstances that trigger a review. From there, the narrative moves through the review committee, contact with the student’s assigned faculty advocate, and the preparation of supporting documents. Transitions connect the scenes, while on-screen text highlights the actions students need to take.
